Life Members receive and adopt the reports of the Board and of the auditors, receive and adopt the annual financial statements, elect Board Directors and appoint the external auditors, as well as transacting any other business at general meetings.

Life membership has been conferred on a number of members who have given significant service to BSL. Life Members act as ‘friends of BSL’, often providing advice and ongoing support to the organisation.
