Sean Spencer is BSL’s Director of Aged Care. Sean joined BSL in March 2019.

Director of Aged Care Services

Sean Spencer joined BSL in March after working as Chief Executive Officer at Nillumbik Community Health Service. Prior to this role, Sean was Chief Operating Officer at Nextt Health and has more than 25 years’ experience as a senior manager in the health and human services sector.

Sean is a Registered Nurse and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Advanced Nursing). He is a passionate social justice advocate and has a track record in delivering community projects in Melbourne’s west.
