Waudi Tahche

Waudi Tahche is BSL’s Director People Culture and Engagement, leading and developing the People, Culture and Place Strategy and supporting the People and Culture, Volunteer Engagement, and Facilities and Assets teams.

In April 2024, Waudi joined BSL with over two decades guiding and leading organisations through transformational change and developing fit-for-purpose People strategies that enable organisations to thrive. He joined BSL having served as Deputy Chief People Officer at Swinburne University of Technology.

Waudi brings a passion for people and diverse experience working in strategic and operational roles across a diverse range of industries including commercial, private equity and government organisations. Across these organisations, Waudi has developed and transformed in areas such as acquisition and business integrations, shaped cultures through people practices, and developed people strategies that inform the employment life cycle and employee experiences. Waudi has held senior people and culture roles at Medibank, Cardinia Shire Council, RLDatix and Swinburne University of Technology.

Waudi holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
