Property Strategy

Brotherhood of St. Laurence's (BSL) new multi-year Property Strategy will create fit-for-purpose spaces that better serve the community and our people both now and well into the future. BSL has a long-standing history in Fitzroy, and we will continue to keep a proud presence on Brunswick Street – together with our sites across greater metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

As part of BSL’s Strategy 2030 , all property decisions will be made carefully and with appropriate consultation with our team, our Board and the community. Our intention is that our sites reflect our goals of access, sustainability and integration. Our vision is a Hub-and-Spoke approach which will allow us to integrate our services and bring us closer to the communities we serve.

We are committed to early, open and two-way engagement and communication with stakeholders to support understanding of any proposed changes and opportunities as plans are developed. We are committed to being good neighbours and welcome feedback and questions from the communities that we operate in. We will also invite ideas and feedback as individual property initiatives are developed.
