BSL Frankston Thrive Hub Visit
In October, the Minister for Skills and Training Andrew Giles and Member for Dunkley Jodie Belyea popped in to see BSL's Frankston Thrive Hub in action.
They heard from Kaila, Boston and Chloe about how the Thrive Hub connects young people on the Mornington Peninsula with training and work opportunities.
Chloe is studying a business course through the Thrive Hub and hopes to start her own dog sitting business, while BSL has supported Boston to look for work in hospitality while he studies aviation at uni.
Our Frankston Thrive Hub is an innovative one-stop employment and training service that helps young people to secure meaningful and sustainable jobs, and local businesses to access a highly motivated and supported workforce – a win-win for the community.
