Lea manages the Experiential Learning team at the Faculty of Arts and coordinates the prestigious Parliamentary Internship for the School of Social and Political Sciences. Always involved in research, partnership and policy work, her passion lies in addressing educational inequities and getting students to understand their skill development in relation to the changing labour market. She coordinates The University of Melbourne's Network for Experiential Learning and is enthusiastic about partnerships and curriculum.
