I used to run my own legal service in Iraq as a Principal lawyer (sole trader). Now in Australia, I cater to people of Arabic-speaking backgrounds (I am fluent in Arabic), and offer legal advice around Immigration Law. I retrained in Australia so I could continue to use my extensive legal knowledge here also.

I saw the flyer for the Stepping Stones to Small Business program and decided to see what I could learn about business in Australia. Doing the course helped me make up my mind to start my own business. I wanted to run a successful Migration Law firm. I am now doing that and feel happy knowing I can support others in the process of settlement in Australia.
