Industry partnerships

Employment and industry partnerships are vital components of our program, providing participants with exposure to various career paths and opportunities to expand their community connections. Employers can engage in several ways:

  • Sharing industry expertise and insights through guest speaking or mentoring sessions
  • Participating in workshops focused on interview skills training and conducting mock interviews.
  • Providing avenues for work tasters, internships, traineeships, and job placements.
  • Facilitating introductions and networking opportunities to enhance employment prospects within the community.
  • Collaborating with local Community Investment Committees to drive positive community impact and change.
