Learning support programs: education reform beyond the school

This report presents the case for out-of-school-hours learning support programs (LSPs) to meet the needs of disadvantaged students.

In the light of Commonwealth and state agendas of social inclusion, serious policy and funding commitment to such programs is required as a key element of the implementation of the COAG National Plans for education reform.
