Peninsula Youth Connections, the local expression of an Australian Government initiative to support young people at risk of disengaging from education and training, was evaluated as highly successful.

Young participants experienced the program as responsive, flexible and supportive, and the majority achieved positive outcomes.

This stage 3 report assessed PYC's outreach and re-engagement services and its strengthening of regional services. It also considered the implications for government policy.

The report includes summaries of stages 1 and stage 2 as appendices.
