STEP into residential care: a training program evaluation
This report is an evaluation of the Scheme for Training and Educating People (STEP) residential care program.
The program enables people who face barriers to employment to gain a traineeship in Certificate III in community service (residential care), through a partnership between the Brotherhood of St. Laurence residential care facilities and STEP Inc (the Brotherhood’s group training company).
