Stepping Stones to YOUR Pathway (female-identifying individuals only):

A supportive, multi‑week program that helps women explore their strengths, build confidence, and develop a personalised plan toward employment, education, or other life goals.

Objective: Empower participants with clarity, motivation, and practical tools to progress their individual pathways.

‘Jobify’ Employment Workshop (all genders):

A practical, skills‑focused workshop covering job readiness, resumes, interview preparation, and employer expectations.

Objective: Increase participants’ confidence and capability to pursue employment opportunities.

A foundational financial wellbeing session focused on budgeting, managing expenses, understanding financial products, and building confidence with money decisions.

Objective: Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to improve financial stability.

A guided walk‑through of key Services Australia systems, supports, and processes, helping participants understand what’s available and how to access it.

Objective: Build the skills and confidence to independently navigate government services & help users understand their rights.

Fair Share (all genders): 

This practical workshop explores the often invisible work that keeps households running; from planning and organising to caring and remembering. Participants will reflect on how household responsibilities are shared, how expectations can impact wellbeing, and learn practical strategies to create a fairer and more sustainable balance at home.

Objective: Promote shared responsibility, recognise the mental load, and provide practical strategies to support fairness, wellbeing and stronger household relationships.
