Rt Revd Alison Taylor is a bishop of the Anglican Church of Australia, serving as a regional bishop and Chair of the Schools Commission in the Diocese of Brisbane from 2013 till her retirement in 2018. She now holds an episcopal licence in the Diocese of Melbourne as a Mission Chaplain and is a Director of Anglican Representative (National Redress Scheme) Ltd, a member of the Anglican Church’s Episcopal Standards Board and a member of the Kooyoora Professional Standards Review Board. She was the Chair of Anglican Overseas Aid from 2005 to 2012. Prior to ordination, Alison was an urban planner specialising in heritage conservation.

Bishop Taylor is a member of the Order of Australia for her significant service to the Anglican Church, and to conservation.

Bishop Taylor joined the BSL Board in February 2023 and is a member of the Property Committee.
